Services

CloudLezn provides AWS cloud consulting and advisory services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement will be defined in a separate service agreement, proposal, or statement of work agreed upon between CloudLezn and the client.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

While CloudLezn applies industry-recognized AWS architecture and security practices, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, cost savings, or compliance certifications. Compliance-aware design does not constitute a formal compliance certification or audit.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information necessary to perform services, maintaining their own AWS account credentials and billing relationships, and reviewing recommendations before implementation.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, documentation, architecture diagrams, and other deliverables created specifically for a client engagement become the property of the client upon full payment. CloudLezn retains ownership of its general methodologies, tools, and pre-existing materials.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudLezn's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. CloudLezn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
