AWS Cloud Migration for a Growing SaaS Company

A growing SaaS company was running its application on aging on-premises infrastructure that limited scalability and made reliable disaster recovery difficult. The business needed a modern, secure AWS environment that could scale with customer growth while keeping downtime to a minimum during the transition.
Project execution
CloudLezn began with a full application and infrastructure assessment, mapping dependencies and identifying the best migration strategy using AWS's 6 R's framework. Core services were re-hosted first to reduce risk, followed by targeted re-platforming of the database layer onto Amazon RDS.
The team implemented least-privilege IAM policies, enabled CloudTrail and CloudWatch monitoring, and built an automated backup and disaster recovery plan. A phased cutover with a rollback plan kept the production environment stable throughout the migration.
Project results
The migration was completed with no unplanned downtime. The company gained the ability to auto-scale during traffic spikes, reduced infrastructure management overhead, and established a monitored, secure AWS foundation ready for future growth.
